As a member of the CDW Sales Academy team, you will experience a best in class on-boarding program that truly builds a foundation for success. This intense, yet rewarding program, has been designed to provide you with skill sets that will start you on a path to a lasting, successful sales career. The Sales Academy is built in 3 phases, each thoughtfully designed to provide a professional educational experience. Phase I offers a classroom environment focused on immersing you into the CDW culture, systems, technology and professional selling skills. In Phase II, you have the opportunity to practice those skills in a safe environment before hitting the sales floor and working with customers. In Phase III, you will spend 4 months working with customers as an Account Manager, while continuing you development with dedicated coaching from a top performing Sales Leadership and Coaching team.
