Supporting Those Who Serve

Career opportunities for transitioning and active military at CDW

CDW is a leader when it comes to hiring and training transitioning military personnel and veterans. As a company, we're also a leader when it comes to supporting those who serve.

Army PaYS Program: CDW is a proud partner of the U.S. Army's Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program, guaranteeing job interviews to qualified soldiers upon completion of their military service.

Internal Engagement and Support of CDW Veteran Coworkers: Including a supplemental pay program for active military coworkers for a period of up to two years.

Operation Homefront: Partnering with Operation HomeLINK, CDW equips our troops with computers, to ease communications between deployed soldiers and their families. Since 2005, CDW has completed 11 events donating, on average, 100 computers or more per event.

Touchdown for the Troops: In collaboration with Intel, CDW provides junior military enlisted soldiers and their families with refurbished computers. For every touchdown the Washington Redskins score, CDW and Intel donate a computer to a military family.

Operation Support Our Troops Illinois: This drive provides an opportunity for CDW coworkers and community members to drop off goods for overseas troops.

Annual National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic (Silver Sponsor in 2010 and Gold Sponsor in 2011): This event promotes the rehabilitation of Veterans with disabilities through adaptive Alpine and Nordic skiing, and introduces them to other adaptive recreational activities and sports.
